  1. What is included with trip? Airfare, suite, 24-hour meals, beverages (alcoholic & non-alcoholic), some on-site activities (see below) and shuttle bus to and from the airport.

  3. Can I include insurance for trip? Yes. Please contact us for additional cost.
  4. When is initial deposit due? Initial $150/PP deposit is due on or before July 5, 2019. This will lock in your spot and allow you to make installment payments towards your trip. Payments are NON-REFUNDABLE, unless trip is cancelled.
  5. How can I make my payment? You can make payments through PayPal, Square, Cash App or by money order. Confirmation receipts and balance due will be sent to your email.
  6. Can I pay for my trip in full? Absolutely. Our payment schedule is designed for individuals who wish to make installment payments.
  7. Who will book my airfare? We are working with a travel agency that will book a roundtrip ticket for your vacation. Times and departure dates will be available closer to trip date.
  8. Will there be an itinerary? We want you to have a good time, relax and plan activities around your own schedule. However, we will have a simple itinerary that will include optional meeting places while at resort.
  9. Is this a women’s only trip? No. All adults are welcome to come. Must be 18 or older.

Initial payment of $150 per person to lock in your trip is due on or before July 5, 2019. After your initial payment is made, we have created an installment plan that allows you to make payments towards your trip. The due dates are as follows: September 6, 2019 ($250 due), November 8, 2019 ($250 due), January 10, 2020 ($250 due), March 6, 2020 ($250 due), May 5, 2020 ($250 due) and final payment will be due on June 5, 2020.  You will receive a final payment invoice shortly after May's payment is made.

If you are unable to make your payment, please contact us to make suitable payment arrangements. If you do not contact us, your funds will be forfeited. Under no circumstances will refunds be made, unless trip is cancelled.
